Can someone please explain what “sarcastic” means to this bird?

This showed up on the Facebook when I clicked the link to my potentially harmful blog, The Gospel According to Preston.
In other words, I managed to piss off someone at McAfee or Facebook, which comes as a surprise to me… I didn’t know McAfee still existed!
